Job summary

Network Rail in the Northwestern Central region seeks a commercially-minded Retail Business Partner to support station operations across multiple locations, working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

You will collaborate with retailers, station management teams and internal stakeholders to ensure stations are safe, welcoming and commercially successful; monitor standards, review financial and safety performance, and drive initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a Retail/operations environment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with retailers, station management teams and internal stakeholders to ensure stations provide a safe, efficient and commercially successful environment.
• Monitor operational standards, review financial and safety performance, and support retailers to improve results.
• Balance priorities across several locations and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
