Job summary

Dignity Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a dispersed estate across the South region with regional travel. You will manage repairs, maintenance, compliance, and refurbishment projects to keep sites safe, compliant, and operational.

The role requires leadership across facilities, budgeting for capital and revenue, and strong stakeholder communication with Funeral Operations leaders. Excellent knowledge of CDM and H&S is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, estates, facilities or construction management across dispersed portfolios.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, risk assessments, and Health & Safety.
• MVV: MRICS status or active progression, relevant degree, and safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and lifecycle planning across a multi-site funeral operations estate.
• Scope, plan, and manage refurbishment projects up to £500k, on time and budget.
• Ensure compliance with Building Control, CDM regs and Health & Safety legislation.
• Act as main contact for reactive repairs, ensuring quick, safe resolutions.
• Carry out property inspections, identify risks and investment needs.
• Manage and monitor contractors with focus on performance and standards.
