Job summary

Bannatyne is seeking a Regional Estates Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance and refurbishment across a regional portfolio, ensuring safety and high standards for members. The role is hands-on, with travel across the East and South-East of England as required.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with General Managers and trusted contractors, and drive energy and sustainability initiatives while maintaining asset records and ensuring SLA performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in estates or facilities management.
• Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and M&E systems.
• Proven experience managing refurbishment or construction projects.
• Budget management and cost-control experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence; travel and overnight stays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across designated region.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead refurbishment and renovation projects from concept to completion.
• Manage maintenance and project budgets, controlling costs without compromising quality.
• Build relationships with contractors and suppliers, manage SLAs and performance.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect standards and identify risks or improvements.
• Act as point of contact for emergency and urgent maintenance issues.
• Support energy-saving initiatives across the estate.
• Maintain accurate records of estate assets and works completed.
