Job summary

Bannatyne is seeking a Regional Estates Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance and refurbishments across a designated region. You will work with General Managers and contractors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions that keep clubs safe and well-maintained.

The role focuses on the East and South-East of England with travel as needed; on-site presence across multiple sites is required. A dynamic, hands-on leader with strong safety and budget skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in estates or facilities management.
• Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and M&E.
• Experience managing refurbishment or construction projects.
• Solid understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Budget management and cost-control experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regs.
• Lead refurbishment and renovation projects from concept to completion.
• Manage budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
• Build relationships with contractors and suppliers, manage SLAs and performance.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect standards and identify risks or improvements.
• Act as point of contact for emergency and urgent maintenance issues.
• Support sustainability and energy-saving initiatives across the estate.
• Maintain accurate records of estate assets and works completed.
