Job summary

Mysa Care is seeking an Regional Estates Supervisor to lead the Property and Estates Team across the South region, based at the Farnborough Office. The role combines hands-on maintenance with supervising operatives, contractor management, and compliance oversight to keep care homes safe and well-maintained.

You will travel between sites to coordinate maintenance, support statutory compliance, and help manage budgets and resources across all locations.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance, estates or facilities experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating contractors.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance systems and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance operatives and allocate workloads across sites.
• Respond to maintenance requests, emergencies and breakdowns.
• Carry out plumbing, joinery, painting, decorating, basic electrical repairs and general repairs.
• Support planned and reactive maintenance programmes and adherence to statutory requirements.
• Assist with budget monitoring and maintenance documentation.
