Job summary

Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager for an initial 3-6 month temporary contract covering a portfolio of five residential developments across Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, and Southampton. This senior, hands-on role is not remote or single-site, and involves visiting buildings regularly while leading Building Services Managers.

Qualifications

• Senior regional FM experience, preferably in residential, hotel, or PBSA.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Able to manage multi-site maintenance and mobilisation of new developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Building Services Managers across multiple sites.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance and compliance.
• Manage a regional budget (£8m+) and drive customer experience.
• Mobilise new developments and coordinate with enforcement bodies.
