Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Regional Sales Executive to manage and grow a defined sales territory across the powered access hire sector. You will develop strong relationships with customers, conduct site visits, and propose tailored access solutions to secure hire contracts.

The role requires excellent communication, a proven track record in regional sales, and the ability to manage a diary and sales pipeline within a leading national hire company. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional sales within hire or related sectors is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Full UK driving licence is required for this role.
• Willingness to travel within the defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined sales territory.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers in powered access and related hire sectors.
• Conduct customer and site visits to identify requirements and propose suitable powered access solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up leads, and secure hire contracts.
• Work closely with depot managers and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records.
