Job summary

Nationwide Platforms in Uxbridge is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow a regional portfolio of powered access customers. You will identify opportunities to sell our market-leading fleet and value-added services, and you will aim to maximise share of wallet while collaborating with operations.

The role offers a competitive salary with quarterly bonus (OTE 30%), a car or £6,000 car allowance, and clear progression into key accounts and sales management for top performers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales within construction rental/hire sectors.
• Structured territory sales planning and customer management.
• Ability to develop existing relationships and pursue new business (cold calling).
• Able to collaborate with operations to support customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of powered access customers and identify opportunities to sell our fleet and value-add services.
• Identify, nurture and close opportunities for new business with lapsed accounts and new logo customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and drive growth.
