Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for Power Supplies to drive growth in industrial power solutions across the UK. This field-based role lets you work from home, visit customers, and contribute to a growing range of AC/DC and DC/DC products.

You will identify opportunities, build OEM and design-in relationships, and manage full sales cycles from needs analysis to closing, while travelling the UK and occasionally visiting the Reading area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical field sales or account management.
• Background in industrial power supplies or power electronics.
• Experience selling into OEMs and industrial sectors.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the industrial power supply and power electronics markets.
• Build relationships with OEMs, design engineers, procurement teams and key decision-makers across the UK.
• Promote AC/DC and DC/DC converters, SMPS, LED drivers and bespoke power solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and closing.
• Grow existing accounts while identifying new markets and applications.
• Travel across the UK, working from home with occasional office visits near Reading.
