The role focuses on developing regional sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, delivering consultative power electronics solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales or business development experience in a technical environment.
• Strong consultative selling skills with complex stakeholder relationships.
• Background in power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, PSUs, LED drivers, or battery systems).
• Willingness to be office-based when not travelling to customer sites; not fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to hit revenue, margin, and new customer targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with consultative power electronics solutions.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within OEM and industrial markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
