Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Regional Business Manager to own the South West territory, driving sales growth across existing and new electronics and engineering customers. You will manage projects from concept through production, build long-term relationships and promote passive components, capacitors and EMC products.

Expect to travel nationally, engage with design engineers and procurement teams, negotiate opportunities, and increase account penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related engineering discipline is preferred.
• Proven sales success within electronics or OEM environment.
• Experience selling electronic components including passive components, capacitors and EMC components.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability across assigned territory by increasing active projects and customer spend.
• Sell a portfolio of electronic components, focusing on passive components, capacitors and EMC components.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Visit and engage with customers across the territory, including design engineers, procurement and purchasing teams.
• Manage projects from design concept through to production and support customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Represent the company's electronic components range across the UK market and collaborate with internal teams.
