Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth in industrial power supplies and power electronics across the UK. This field-based role offers work-from-home flexibility with travel to OEMs, manufacturers and industrial customers, plus occasional visits to the Reading-area office.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with design engineers and procurement teams, and promote AC/DC/DC-DC converters, SMPS, LED drivers and bespoke power solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical field sales or account management.
• Background in industrial power supplies or power electronics.
• Experience selling into OEMs and industrial sectors.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Strong ability to generate new business and develop relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the industrial power supply and power electronics markets.
• Build relationships with OEMs, design engineers, procurement teams and key decision-makers across the UK.
• Promote a portfolio of AC/DC and DC/DC converters, SMPS, LED drivers and bespoke power solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and understanding technical requirements through to negotiation and closing.
• Grow existing customer accounts while identifying new markets and applications.
• Travel throughout your territory to meet customers, working from home when not on the road, with occasional visits to the office near Reading.
