The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd in Cardiff is seeking an ambitious Pharmaceutical Sales Manager to lead a regional sales team across South Wales. You will build relationships with NHS trusts, private clinics, and pharmacy groups, set targets and pricing strategy, and report progress monthly.

The role requires a proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales, solid understanding of NHS procurement and ABPI compliance, and a confident, clear communicator with clinicians and procurement leads.

• Some people management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team covering Cardiff and South Wales.
• Build and maintain relationships with NHS trusts, private clinics, and pharmacy groups.
• Set sales targets and pricing for the product portfolio and report monthly.
• Identify new business opportunities across healthcare providers.
• Coach junior reps on product knowledge, compliance, and negotiation.
• Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs to ensure compliant messaging.
