Inizio Engage is seeking an experienced Remote Sales Manager to lead a UK-wide team of Remote Primary Care Representatives for a pharmaceutical client in pain management. You will translate client strategy into priorities, coach on engagement and performance, and drive measurable commercial results across Primary Care.

You will work remotely across the UK, collaborating with client teams and cross-functional colleagues to ensure momentum, high-quality engagement and productive account plans.

• Ability to translate strategy into focused execution and measurable results.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a UK-wide team of Remote Primary Care Representatives.
• Translate client strategy into clear priorities, targets and account plans.
• Coach individuals to strengthen customer engagement and performance.
• Use performance data and customer insight to identify opportunities and improve execution.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure activity aligns with high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with field access managers and other colleagues on market dynamics and access opportunities.
• Ensure all activity complies with ABPI Code of Practice and governance requirements.
