Job summary

Judicium is seeking a Regional Performance Coach to drive learning, coaching and development across its Recruitment & Supply practice in the UK. You will work with regional leaders to translate challenges into targeted learning solutions and deliver engaging, outcome‑focused training.

In this role you’ll build capability through workshops, coaching sessions and targeted development programmes, moving performance improvements into everyday manager conversations and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment sales processes and industry challenges.
• Proven experience delivering coaching, facilitation and learning interventions.
• Experience managing and supporting the performance management cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with regional leaders and managers to understand local priorities and identify development opportunities.
• Deliver high‑quality workshops, onboarding programmes, management development initiatives and role‑specific training.
• Provide coaching to improve confidence, capability and performance across the business.
• Diagnose performance challenges through observation and data analysis and implement development measures.
• Measure learning effectiveness and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
