Job summary

DEKRA UK Management is seeking a Performance and Coaching Manager to design, deliver and continuously improve coaching and performance programmes for automotive and corporate clients.

This role is home-based with regular travel to client locations. You will analyse performance data, build training content and influence customer experience and business results.

The position offers £43,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE plus excellent benefits and a permanent, full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in coaching, training, learning and development, or performance improvement roles.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing projects and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to create engaging learning content and deliver impactful coaching interventions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring programme success.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and sustained performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging coaching and performance improvement programmes for automotive and corporate clients.
• Facilitate face-to-face coaching sessions that drive behavioural change, improved performance and enhanced customer experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, objectives and client expectations are consistently achieved.
• Analyse, measure and communicate programme effectiveness through data, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Build strong client relationships while acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador for both DEKRA and its partner brands.
