Job summary

The FA Learning seeks a Learning Delivery Lead to oversee regional learning delivery, translating priorities into practical plans while coaching Regional Leads. You will ensure effective resource deployment, maintain quality and an outstanding learner experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Degree in learning, education, sport or related field; pedagogy and event management understanding.
• Experience with national/multi-regional learning programmes and ensuring consistent quality.
• Line management experience with coaching and development focus.
• Strong event management and logistics capabilities for learning programmes.
• Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in LMS and digital learning platforms; integrating and optimizing tools.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis to inform strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of learning activities across regions, translating priorities into day-to-day plans for teams.
• Provide line management to Regional Leads with coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate regional coordinators to deliver programmes across locations.
• Promote personal development and embed feedback into practice.
• Collaborate with senior leads to set and uphold department standards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders including coaches and partners.
