Job summary
Supporting Education Group is recruiting a Regional Performance Coach to strengthen capability, build confidence and drive sustainable performance improvements across our Recruitment & Supply practice. You will work with regional leaders to deliver coaching, workshops and coaching solutions that translate into measurable outcomes.
You will facilitate onboarding, management development and role-specific training, adapt delivery to diverse audiences and help embed learning into everyday
Qualifications
- Previous experience working within recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment sales processes and industry challenges.
- Proven experience delivering coaching, facilitation and learning interventions.
- Experience managing and supporting the performance management cycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and development support to managers and teams to drive performance improvements.
- Facilitate high-quality workshops and onboarding programmes.
- Deliver learning programmes designed by the People Development Manager, adapting delivery styles to suit different audiences.
- Embed development into everyday performance through coaching and feedback.
- Analyse performance trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
