As a Regional Performance Coach, you will play a pivotal role in helping our people, managers and teams perform at their best. Through coaching, training and development support, you will strengthen capability, build confidence and drive sustainable performance improvements across our Recruitment & Supply practice. Working closely with leaders and managers, you'll turn learning into action, helping individuals succeed in their roles, supporting high-performing teams and ultimately contributing to better outcomes for our customers, colleagues and the education sector.

Develop strong relationships with regional leaders and managers to understand local priorities and identify development opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor, translating business challenges into targeted coaching and learning solutions aligned to organisational goals.
Facilitate high-quality workshops, onboarding programmes, management development initiatives and role-specific training.
Deliver learning programmes designed by the People Development Manager, adapting delivery styles to suit different audiences while maintaining consistency.
Reinforce learning through coaching, workplace observation and practical application sessions.
Support managers to develop their coaching capability and embed development into everyday team conversations and performance management.
Diagnose team, manager and new starter performance challenges through observation, data analysis and capability assessment.
Provide one-to-one and group coaching to improve confidence, capability and performance across the business.
Work with managers to establish high-performing ways of working through effective goal setting, performance reviews and continuous feedback.
Accelerate the effectiveness of newly appointed or promoted managers through targeted development support.
Analyse performance trends, identify capability gaps and recommend development solutions.
Evaluate learning effectiveness, measure behavioural change and business outcomes, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Capture learning feedback, identify barriers to adoption and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of learning programmes.
Maintain accurate coaching and training records while reporting progress, risks and opportunities.
Previous experience working within recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment sales processes and industry challenges.
Proven experience delivering coaching, facilitation and learning interventions.
Experience managing and supporting the performance management cycle.
Ability to travel and work across multiple branch locations as required.
Strong understanding of recruitment sales processes, including lead generation, client management and candidate sourcing.
Experience analysing performance data and using insights to drive business improvement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and training schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of people-related challenges and opportunities within a recruitment environment.
Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders through coaching and facilitation.
Knowledge of performance development principles and best practice.
Foundation-level understanding of learning design and evaluation methodologies.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align development activity to broader business goals.
