Job summary

Waythrough seeks a People Partner to support leaders across a defined area, delivering expert HR practices aligned to our values and organisational strategy.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll provide guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational change while driving engagement, wellbeing, and inclusive leadership. You will work closely with operational leaders and central HR to ensure a high-quality employee experience across the North East & Cumbria.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR or People Partner role.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations and change.
• Builds strong, collaborative relationships.
• Takes a values-led, inclusive, and people-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, workforce planning and organisational change.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusive leadership.
