Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll provide guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational change, driving engagement, wellbeing, and inclusive leadership while supporting day-to-day HR activity and regional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR or People Partner role.
• Confident advising managers on employee relations and change.
• Builds strong, collaborative relationships and a values-led approach.
• Supports engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
