Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a People Development Partner to elevate capability, performance and leadership across Accommodation, Maintenance and Security functions in the Southern Region. This field-based role collaborates with the People Development Partner - Park Hub North and supports the Talent Development team.

The role focuses on coaching, capability planning and succession planning, driving improvements across parks and reporting on impact to ensure commercial alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in people development and coaching.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Park Hub Central and Operational teams to drive capability improvements.
• Deliver targeted coaching interventions to boost performance across parks.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify capability gaps affecting outcomes.
• Support the Head of Operational Services with people-related performance initiatives.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners to implement capability plans and improve KPIs.
• Track and report the impact of development programmes on the business.
