Job summary

THG plc in Manchester is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead regional paid media strategy across PPC channels, optimise campaigns, and manage budgets with a strong emphasis on performance and measurement. You will support global Paid Search efforts, provide insights to leadership, and drive innovation in search platforms.

The role requires hands-on PPC expertise, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate data into actionable optimisations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on PPC experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience with AI-driven search and testing (PMax, AI Max).
• Familiarity with measurement frameworks (Fospha, MMM) and attribution basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional paid media strategy and operational tasks across paid channels with a PPC focus.
• Own account management, structure, bidding, ad copy testing, and landing page testing to maximize ROI.
• Manage daily spend to meet revenue and COS/ROI targets across platforms.
• Collaborate with in-house design for banner/ad creation and campaign activation.
