Job summary

THG in Manchester is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead regional paid media strategy across PPC channels, optimise campaigns, and drive ROAS for LOOKFANTASTIC and THG brands. You will deliver insights and reporting to regional leadership and support global measurement initiatives.

Joining THG Beauty, you’ll work with in-house creative and data teams to experiment with new platforms, test strategies, and scale high‑performing campaigns while maintaining COS% targets and driving new customer

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on PPC experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including automated bidding and AI-driven campaign types (e.g. PMax, AI Max).
• Understanding of measurement methodologies across platform reporting, attribution tools (e.g. Fospha), MMM, and in‑platform/last‑click reporting.
• Experience designing or supporting structured testing (A/B, geo, incrementality).
• Familiarity with retail/e-commerce trading environments and how pricing, stock, and promotion decisions interact with media performance.

Responsibilities

• Own PPC account management and optimisation, including campaign structure, keyword research and management, bidding strategy, ad copywriting and testing, search content integration, related search strategies, landing page testing, and related capabilities to maximise results.
• Manage daily paid campaign spend to ensure optimum campaign performance against revenue and ROI/COS% targets.
• Work with in‑house design team on banner and ad creation for campaign activation across platforms.
• Deliver reporting and analysis to regional leadership teams and support the Head of Paid Media with strategic input.
• Support design and measurement teams to implement and refine a wider global approach to Paid Search, measurement, and emerging platforms.
