Job summary

Straumann Group in the UK is seeking a regional sales leader reporting to the Head of Ortho UK to drive defined sales goals within set timelines. You will provide direction to Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers, aligning with global strategies and values.

Qualifications

• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience is required.
• Ability to extract and interpret data, Salesforce (SFDC) experience is advantageous.
• Experience providing innovative, consultative sales solutions to business issues.
• Experience in Dental/Medical Device market is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined region to achieve sales goals within set timescales and parameters.
• Provide direction to Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers; coach, engage and develop the team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Customer Services and Finance to align sales activities with the wider business.
• Review data in Salesforce and report product issues or potential losses; suggest corrective actions.
