Job summary

Straumann Group in the UK is seeking a regional sales leader reporting to the Head of Ortho UK to drive sales goals across the assigned territory and lead Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers. You will work with Marketing, Education and Finance to align activities and ensure strong customer engagement.

Responsibilities include interpreting sales strategies, reviewing Salesforce data, and ensuring ISO 9001 quality practices are followed while coaching the regional

Qualifications

• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5 years+).
• Ability to extract and interpret data; SFDC experience is an advantage.
• Experience with Dental/Medical Device market desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead region in line with UK/global strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Provide direction to Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers.
• Liaise with marketing, education, finance to align activities with business goals.
• Interpret and implement sales strategies with ISO 9001 quality practices.
• Review Salesforce data and report issues or opportunities to the Head of Ortho UK.
• Conduct regular meetings to ensure consistent application of sales strategy.
• Grow business with regional customers and nurture key relationships.
• Collaborate with HR on leadership, recruitment and performance management.
