Job summary

Procurae Group is expanding and seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of social care services across the North region, including specialist complex care, supported living, domiciliary care and adult day services.

The role is a senior leadership position focused on people, quality, culture and performance, driving CQC compliance, coaching Service Managers and ensuring services are safe, effective and consistently deliver outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site leadership in social care settings.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and KLOEs.
• Experience delivering care in complex environments.
• Hands-on leadership with focus on team development.

Responsibilities

• Drive CQC compliance and quality improvement across the North region.
• Lead, coach and support Service Managers to deliver high performance.
• Oversee services supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Monitor KPIs across quality, staffing and financial performance.
• Support service mobilisation, growth and development.
