Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead high-quality home care services across a portfolio of branches. You will travel regularly to provide visible leadership, support branches, and ensure services meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards while driving profitability.

The role requires strong experience in health and social care, budget management, and people leadership to develop Registered Managers and improve regional performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple services or teams within the health and social care or domiciliary care sector.
• Experience developing services and driving growth within a regulated care environment.
• Demonstrable experience of developing and managing budgets across dispersed teams.
• Proven accountability for delivering commercial, quality, and people KPIs across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches.
• Monitor service performance including care hours, utilisation, staff turnover, and client satisfaction.
• Drive financial targets, manage area budgets, monitor expenditures and maximise profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and support Registered Managers and branch teams, promoting a positive culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement.
