Job summary

Procurae Group is expanding and seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of social care services across the North region, including specialist complex care, supported living, domiciliary care and adult day services.

The role is a senior leadership position focused on people, quality, culture and performance, driving CQC compliance, coaching Service Managers and ensuring services are safe, effective and consistently deliver outstanding outcomes.

About the Role

Procurae Group are expanding and we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of high-quality social care services across our growing organisation.

You will oversee services delivering specialist complex care, alongside supported living, domiciliary care, and adult day services, ensuring they are safe, effective, and consistently delivering outstanding outcomes.

This is a key leadership role with real influence perfect for someone who is passionate about quality, culture, and performance.

Uniquely each Regional Operations Manager will support a small number of services, therefore this role has a real focus on the people we support and the teams within each service.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive CQC compliance and quality improvement across the North region
• Lead, coach, and support Service Managers to deliver high performance
• Oversee services supporting individuals with complex and high-dependency needs
• Monitor and improve key KPIs (quality, staffing, financial performance)
• Support service mobilisation, growth, and development
• Promote a positive, values-led culture across all teams

Location & Travel

This is an office based post, with the main office base in the North region. The postholder will be required to work across our services based in Thirsk, Skipton and Halifax, according to business needs. Regular travel between these services is therefore required.
