Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of Midlands services, including Residential and Community settings. You will ensure high-quality delivery, regulatory compliance and strong financial performance while supporting engaged teams across the region.

You’ll work with a senior leadership team to drive continuous improvement and growth, travel across the West Midlands, and shape future service delivery for people supported by Voyage Care.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Operations Manager or Regional Manager in adult social care.
• Experience supporting services for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, quality and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing service performance, budgets and operational delivery.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing management teams.
• Flexible approach and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Providing operational leadership to a group of Registered Managers.
• Driving quality, compliance and service excellence across all services.
• Monitoring and delivering financial performance and commercial objectives.
• Supporting services to achieve positive CQC outcomes.
• Leading improvements and ensuring person-centred support remains at the heart of service delivery.
• Promoting colleague development, engagement and retention.
• Ensuring health and safety, safeguarding and governance standards are maintained.
• Working collaboratively with senior leaders to support Voyage Care's ongoing growth strategy.
