• Provide hands-on support and coaching to Home Managers to ensure they are CQC and inspection ready at all times.
• Conduct regular governance reviews and audits of each home, identifying risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Develop clear, measurable action plans following audits and inspections, and monitor progress through to completion.
• Take ownership of regional budgeting and financial performance, reviewing P&Ls and implementing measures to achieve agreed targets.
