Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of services across the Midlands. You will provide direction to Registered Managers, drive quality and compliance, and ensure strong financial and operational performance while maintaining person-centred care.

You will oversee a mix of Residential and Community Services, travel extensively across the region, and empower teams to deliver excellent outcomes for the people we support. DBS checks and references will apply.

Qualifications

Experienced Operations Manager within adult social care.
Experience with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs.
Strong understanding of regulatory, quality and compliance frameworks.
Proven experience managing service performance, budgets and operational delivery.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing management teams.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to Registered Managers across the Midlands portfolio.
Drive quality, regulatory compliance and service excellence across all services.
Monitor and deliver financial performance and commercial objectives.
Support services to achieve positive CQC outcomes.
Lead improvements and ensure person-centred support remains at heart of delivery.
Promote colleague development, engagement and retention.
