Mayflower in Haverhill is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to support day‑to‑day depot operations. You will act as the link between Service Drivers and the Depot Manager, coordinating routes, ensuring KPIs are met while delivering excellent customer service.

This permanent role is Mon–Fri, 40 hours, with no scheduled weekends, offering £28,500 per year. You will coordinate routes, manage stock and equipment, process route completions, communicate with customers and suppliers, and

• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in operations, logistics, transport, service coordination, or depot administration.
• Knowledge of fleet compliance or service route planning.
• Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational systems.

£28,500 per year | 40 hours guaranteed

Permanent | Monday to Friday | No scheduled weekends

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our depot operations in Haverhill. You'll act as the link between Service Drivers and the Depot Manager, ensuring routes are coordinated effectively, KPIs are achieved, and excellent customer service is delivered.

The Operations Coordinator role at Mayflower will involve:

• Coordinate service routes and ensure stock and equipment are available.


• Process route completion and attendance records accurately.


• Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.


• Resolve customer queries and support service delivery


• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to the Depot Manager.

The ideal candidate for a Operations Coordinator at Mayflower will have:

• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
