Job summary

ABL Recruitment is seeking a Regional OEM Sales Performance Manager (Automotive) to drive the commercial success of a fast-expanding brand across a UK region. This is a strategic, high-visibility role combining sales leadership with analytics and dealer collaboration.

You will manage performance across your region, shaping growth, delivering targets, and building the brand, with remote and field-based work in Northern, Midlands, or South regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years automotive sales background.
• Experience launching or expanding a brand.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with dealers and help to improve dealer profitability.
• Coaching and helping with dealer development providing support, training and resources to improve dealer performance.
• Increase vehicle sales.
• Analyse market opportunities.
• Identify weaknesses.
• Recommend improvements.
• Undertake local promotions.
• Influence regional strategy.
• The role requires regular reporting and recommendations to senior management.
