National Highways is seeking a Network Operations Manager to lead the 24/7 Regional Operations Centre in the Yorkshire North East region. You will provide leadership to ROC Managers and Operators, drive performance, resilience projects and stakeholder engagement to deliver safe, efficient journeys.

The role focuses on proactive network management, incident response and continuous improvement, with emphasis on customer experience and safety in decision-making.

• Experience leading multi-site ROC teams in a 24/7 operation.
• Strong leadership to deliver KPI targets and customer outcomes.
• Proven ability in resource planning, resilience and business continuity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the ROC team to deliver proactive network management and incident response.
• Drive continuous improvement and people development within the ROC.
• Ensure safety is considered in all decisions and resource deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet regional and corporate KPIs.
• Plan capacity and manage crisis response and asset defects.
