We’re expanding our presence in the EMEA region and are looking for a seasoned marketer to lead our regional marketing efforts. This is a high-impact role where you will own the strategy and execution of marketing programs across the region, working closely with our US headquarters and cross‑functional partners.

About the Role

As the Regional Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to build awareness, generate demand, and deepen customer engagement in the region. You will act as the marketing lead for EMEA, managing a broad scope of activities including community building, events, sponsorships, advertising campaigns, customer marketing, and product launches.

This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands‑on execution, with the ability to adapt global initiatives to the nuances of local markets.

    • Build and nurture a community of hospitality operators through customer advocacy, case studies, and regional user groups.
  • Events & Sponsorships
    • Lead planning and execution of regional events, trade shows, and sponsorships to engage prospects and customers.
    • Partner with sales to maximize ROI from events and activations.
  • Product & Launch Marketing
    • Collaborate with global product marketing to tailor messaging and positioning for the EMEA market.
    • Drive successful regional product launches with targeted campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Enablement
    • Work closely with sales, partnerships, and customer success teams in EMEA to ensure alignment and execution of go‑to‑market initiatives.
    • Partner with the US marketing team to leverage resources, share best practices, and scale efforts globally.

  • Strong relationship‑builder with experience engaging external partners, industry associations, and customers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment with a mix of strategic and hands‑on responsibilities.
