Job summary

Brook Street Social Care in Shrewsbury is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee Supported Living services for adults with learning disabilities across Shropshire. You will lead and develop Supported Living Managers, ensure safeguarding and CQC compliance, and drive service quality while managing budgets, staffing, and performance with mentoring support from an experienced Regional Manager.

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Significant experience within adult learning disability services.
• Experience managing Supported Living Managers or equivalent operational managers.
• Strong understanding of supported living, safeguarding and CQC requirements.
• Proven leadership and service improvement experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management, PBS knowledge and CQC registration experience are desirable but not essential.

Are you an experienced Supported Living Manager, Area Manager or Deputy Regional Manager looking for an opportunity to progress?

We're recruiting a Regional Manager to join an established not-for-profit organisation providing supported living services for adults with learning disabilities across Shropshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong operational management experience who is ready to take on wider leadership responsibilities.

You'll oversee a portfolio of supported living services, lead and develop Supported Living Managers, and work alongside an experienced Regional Manager who will provide ongoing mentoring and support.
