Job summary

Zohorecruit in Ellesmere Port seeks an experienced Registered Supported Living Manager to lead a person-centred service. You will oversee staff, ensure high-quality care, and drive governance for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Key responsibilities include safeguarding, budget management, staff development and promoting independence and inclusion through PBS and Transforming Care principles. A Level 5 Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience in Supported Living or Learning Disabilities services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours of concern.
• Proven track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of supported living services, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred support.

The Role

About You

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Supported Living or Learning Disabilities services.
  
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours of concern.
  
• A proven track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete if required).
  
• A full UK driving licence.
