Job summary

Brook Street is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee supported living services for adults with learning disabilities in Shrewsbury. You will lead multiple Supported Living Managers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and strong safeguarding and CQC compliance.

Reporting to the Head of Support & Inclusion, the role offers hybrid working, a salary of £39,000–£44,000 plus a £1,000 car allowance, and clear progression opportunities within a not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Significant experience within adult learning disability services.
• Experience managing Supported Living Managers or equivalent operational managers.
• Strong knowledge of supported living, safeguarding and CQC requirements.
• Experience leading teams, improving services and managing change.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Supported Living Managers across multiple services.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred support and outcomes.
• Oversee service quality, safeguarding, CQC compliance and performance.
• Monitor budgets, staffing resources and service delivery.
• Support managers with recruitment, supervision and staff development.
• Build relationships with commissioners, health professionals and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and organisational growth.
• Participate in the out-of-hours management on-call rota.
