Job summary

Domus Recruitment is supporting a values-led, independent not-for-profit organisation in its search for a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of CQC-regulated supported living services.

You will work alongside another Regional Manager, developing and empowering Managers, ensuring quality and compliance, driving improvements, and helping expand services into Telford. A hybrid pattern with two days home-based is offered.

Job description

This is an opportunity to join a values-led, independent, not-for-profit organisation that places the people it supports at the heart of everything it does. The organisation has a strong focus on quality, leadership development and empowering individuals with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible.

The Regional Manager will work alongside a second Regional Manager, collectively overseeing 22 CQC-regulated supported living services. There are six Supported Living Managers on the ground, providing an established management structure and operational support.

The organisation is also looking to grow its service provision in the Telford area, creating exciting opportunities to contribute to its future development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of supported living services.
• Support, develop and empower Supported Living Managers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Ensure services meet CQC regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
• Promote independence, choice, dignity and positive outcomes for people with learning disabilities.
• Drive service improvement, leadership development and operational performance.
• Contribute to the organisation's regional growth plans, including future service development in Telford.
• Work collaboratively with the other Regional Manager and senior leadership team.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience working with people with learning disabilities.
• A strong background in supported living services.
• More than 3 years' relevant management experience within relevant CQC regulated services.
• The ability to lead and develop managers while maintaining high standards across multiple services.
• A sound understanding of CQC-regulated services and quality assurance.
