Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an experienced Registered Supported Living Manager to oversee a portfolio of Supported Living services in the Manchester area. You will lead an established management team and drive high standards of care, compliance and operational performance.

You will manage day-to-day operations across multiple services, ensure CQC compliance, develop staff, monitor budgets and build strong relationships with Local Authorities and families.

Qualifications

• Current or previous CQC Registered Manager experience.
• Experience in Supported Living, Domiciliary Care or Community Care, ideally supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs.
• Comfortable managing multiple services and remote teams and hitting the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring services remain compliant with CQC regulations, legislation and contractual requirements
• Driving quality, governance and continuous service improvement

• Coaching and developing Scheme Leaders and other members of the management team

Registered Supported Living Manager

Salary: £37,500 per annum + Car Allowance

The Role

As Registered Supported Living Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the operational management and continued development of a portfolio of Supported Living services.

You will be supported by an established management structure including a Service Coordinator and Scheme Leaders, while providing leadership across a large and geographically dispersed staff team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day operation of multiple Supported Living services
• Providing visible, hands-on leadership across multiple locations
• Ensuring services remain compliant with CQC regulations, legislation and contractual requirements
• Driving quality, governance and continuous service improvement

About You

Candidates must have current or previous CQC Registered Manager experience.

You should have experience within Supported Living, Domiciliary Care or Community Care, ideally supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs.

Due to the size and complexity of the portfolio, you will need to be comfortable managing multiple services and remote teams and be able to hit the ground running.

Ideally, you will have:

• Current or previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager
• Strong Supported Living, Domiciliary Care or Community Care experience
• Experience managing multiple services or geographically dispersed teams
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
• Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
• Strong experience of compliance, audits and quality assurance
• Experience managing large staff teams and developing managers
• Budget and financial management experience
• Strong experience working with Local Authorities and commissioners
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or willingness to complete it
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
• A stable career history demonstrating commitment and achievement
