Job summary

Utilise Recruitment is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for street lighting, primarily home-based with travel across Midlands and North East/West. You will drive regional growth, manage key stakeholder relationships, and lead bids for public sector lighting projects.

You will work with a technical lighting team, translating complex product benefits into compelling value propositions while representing the brand at events and meetings across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in street lighting or related sectors.
• Experience navigating framework agreements.
• Ability to communicate technical lighting benefits.
• Willingness to travel across Midlands and the North.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth across your territory by identifying replacement programmes and tender bids.
• Develop and expand partnerships with local authorities, highway contractors, and consultants.
• Collaborate with internal lighting design teams to translate opportunities into bids and projects.
• Represent the brand at industry events, client meetings, and framework presentations.
• Own end-to-end tender processes from initial pursuit through to award.
