Job summary

My Client, with its head office in Essex, is seeking a Learning Lead to drive induction and learning across the North and South of England. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care training and supporting new colleagues through induction, acting as a pivotal driver of learning within the organisation.

You will develop TNAs with Services, implement learning packages with SMEs, and cascade learning via train-the-trainer.

Qualifications

• Lead induction and learning programmes across the organisation.
• Deliver learning that supports best quality care practice.
• Develop and maintain a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for each Service.
• Cascade learning through train-the-trainer activities.

Responsibilities

• Attend relevant train-the-trainer courses to cascade learning.
• Schedule learning in collaboration with Head of Learning and Registered Managers.
• Collaborate with Registered Managers to ensure mandatory training is up to date.
