Job summary

Provide CIC is seeking a Learning Lead to deliver, coordinate and evaluate mandatory learning, induction and colleague development across Provide Care Solutions, ensuring access to high-quality training for safe, effective and compassionate care.

You will lead on corporate induction, the Care Certificate programme and mandatory training, equipping colleagues with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to fulfil their roles and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Lead on mandatory training delivery across the division to meet timescales.
• Drive corporate induction and Care Certificate programmes for new colleagues.
• Develop and maintain online learning resources within the LMS.
• Stay up-to-date with learning and development practices in health and social care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of mandatory training.
