Job summary

Connells Group is seeking an L&D Lettings Specialist to deliver inductions and development programmes across a large geographic area in the North. You will run in-person and virtual training, coach colleagues, and ensure the learning aligns with regulatory requirements and company standards.

You will collaborate with business teams and L&D colleagues to enhance performance and customer excellence, contributing to a learning culture within the branches and supporting managers with training

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programmes (inductions and development)
• Strong stakeholder engagement across regions
• Knowledge of lettings regulations and industry standards
• Ability to deliver in-person and virtual training sessions
• Proven impact on performance through learning interventions

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction, technical, developmental and bespoke training solutions
• Coordinate and deliver L&D programmes across locations
• Attend meetings to support Area Directors in people development
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure high training standards
• Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes and outputs
• Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends and reflect in training
• Collaborate with L&D colleagues and business teams to improve performance
• Coach, train and provide feedback to apply learning in delivery environments
• Promote a positive, professional team culture and align with policies
