Job summary

Prospero Group is seeking a Learning Delivery Manager to lead and support high-quality tuition delivery across the North from our Leeds base. You will oversee contracts, ensure compliance and strong learner outcomes, and drive tutor development and safeguarding compliance.

The role requires experience in education/training, a data-informed approach, and excellent stakeholder management. Travel across the North and a full UK driving licence are expected, with opportunities for progression and

Qualifications

• Experience in education, tutoring, QA, or instructional coaching.
• Strong understanding of teaching practices and behaviour management.
• Confident using data to drive performance and decision-making.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor local authority contracts, ensuring KPIs and compliance are met.
• Conduct tutor observations (online and in-person) and deliver actionable feedback.
• Support tutor development through coaching and CPD initiatives.
• Analyse attendance, engagement, and progress data to improve outcomes.
• Oversee safeguarding and compliance requirements, supporting audits where required.
• Ensure accurate collection of student progress data for reporting.
• Deliver and support Functional Skills and AQA Unit Awards.
• Build partnerships to enhance social value and community engagement.
