Job summary

Provide Care Solutions is seeking a Learning Lead to coordinate mandatory training, induction and colleague development across the division. You will ensure access to high-quality learning and support safe, compassionate care.

You will lead on corporate induction, Care Certificate and CPD opportunities, work with the Talent and Learning team, and monitor training across social care. Occasional travel and a flexible approach are required.

Qualifications

• PTLLS / Award in Education & Training Level 3 is essential.
• Experience in Health and Social Care sector is essential.
• Desirable Health and Social Care Level 3 certification.
• Experience delivering training virtually and in person to diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and delivery of mandatory training within timescales.
• Lead on induction programmes and Care Certificate delivery.
• Develop online learning resources in the Learning Management System.
• Keep up to date with adult learning practices and training requirements.

Job description

The Learning Lead will provide expertise in the delivery, coordination and evaluation of mandatory learning, induction and colleague development across Provide Care Solutions through engaging and effective learning solutions. They will play a key role in ensuring colleagues have access to high-quality training and development opportunities that support safe, effective and compassionate care. The post holder will lead on the delivery and continuous improvement of corporate induction, the Care Certificate programme and mandatory training provision, ensuring colleagues are equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to fulfil their roles. Main duties of the job Main duties of the Learning Lead are:

• Support the management and delivery of mandatory training across the division to ensure colleagues complete required learning within agreed timescales.
• Lead on the delivery and continuous improvement of Provide Care Solutions Induction programmes, ensuring it provides a positive, engaging and informative experience for all new colleagues.
• Support the development and maintenance of online learning resources within the Learning Management System.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of learning and development practice, mandatory training requirements, adult learning methodologies and developments within health and social care, This exciting role within the Talent and Learning team will be responsible for delivery and monitoring of mandatory training for colleagues across the Social Care element of Provide Care Solutions.
