Provide Care Solutions is seeking a Learning Lead to coordinate mandatory training, induction and colleague development across the division. You will ensure access to high-quality learning and support safe, compassionate care.

The Learning Lead will provide expertise in the delivery, coordination and evaluation of mandatory learning, induction and colleague development across Provide Care Solutions through engaging and effective learning solutions. They will play a key role in ensuring colleagues have access to high-quality training and development opportunities that support safe, effective and compassionate care. The post holder will lead on the delivery and continuous improvement of corporate induction, the Care Certificate programme and mandatory training provision, ensuring colleagues are equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to fulfil their roles.
