Job summary

Bourne Education Trust seeks a Regional Service Delivery Manager to lead IT support across a regional cluster of schools. The role drives the IT roadmap, ensuring systems support curriculum delivery and administration while coordinating training and service improvements.

Based in Addlestone with travel to sites as needed. Frontline duties include managing helpdesk performance and aligning IT services with strategic plans, reporting to the Director of IT and maintaining safeguarding commitments

• An awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children

Responsibilities

• Lead the provision of IT technical support and accountable for systems and services within the allocated cluster of schools
• Accountable for help-desk ticket response rates for allocated schools, ensuring they fall within agreed limits, supporting technical staff as required and ensuring escalation to the Technical or Operations Manager as appropriate
• Ensure that training, where required, is provided to technical staff within the cluster
