Tria in North London is seeking a Regional IT Services Delivery Manager to oversee IT services across multiple sites and lead a team delivering an excellent technology experience.

You will drive improvements in support, systems and processes, manage service performance and escalations, and collaborate with senior stakeholders on infrastructure projects and broader transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL incident, change and problem management.
