Job summary

Bourne Education Trust invites applications for a Regional Service Delivery Manager to oversee IT provision across a regional cluster of schools. You will lead technical support and ensure IT services align with the Trust's strategic vision supporting curriculum delivery and admin functions.

This permanent, full-time role in Addlestone, Surrey, involves regular travel to other school sites and close collaboration with the Director of IT to deliver short-, medium- and long-term IT plans.

Qualifications

• An awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
• ITIL certification or willingness to undertake training.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience within a Network/IT Management role or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the provision of IT technical support and accountable for systems and services within the allocated cluster of schools.
• Accountable for help-desk ticket response rates for allocated schools, ensuring they fall within agreed limits, supporting technical staff as required and ensuring escalation to the Technical or Operations Manager as appropriate.
• Ensure that training, where required, is provided to technical staff within the cluster.
